This past month I had the pleasure of interviewing Ian O’Flaherty from TrialPad.  Ian O’Flaherty is the Chief Software Architect, Developer, and Managing Partner of Lit Software, LLC.  He develops iPad apps for lawyers, including TrialPad for iPad.

I came across TrialPad after surfing the iTunes AppStore for legal applications for my new iPad2 (which I LOVE btw!)  I then connected with TrialPad via Twitter and much to my surprise, they were active! Ian and I Skyped a video call and it’s been edited down to 5-6 minute increments for your viewing pleasure!  Ian tells us about how TrialPad came about, shares some ways attorneys are using TrialPad and reviews key features and functionality that makes TrialPad a litigation app no trial lawyer should be without!
